Lakemont Park

- Operating since 1894, Lakemont Park has been a part of the Blair County community for generations. Completely renovated in 2018, the park re-focused as a family entertainment center, including new homes for the Altoona summer basketball and sand volleyball leagues
- Attractions include batting cages, mini golf courses, mini-indy cars, paddle boats, the water park island, the Skyliner and Leap the Dips — the world’s oldest wooden roller coaster
- The 60-acre park and lake is bounded by the Altoona Curve Minor League Baseball stadium, Galactic Ice rink, and the Lakemont Office Park
