Project Manager

  • Manage client relationships with major national customers, including Sheetz, BP, GM, Rite Aid, and Sprint
  • Daily interaction with customers, subcontractors, and manufacturing
  • Broad responsibilities include: sign selection, permits, and installation nationwide
  • Excellent communication, phone, negotiation skills required
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Construction knowledge helpful
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Fast-paced environment requires ability to handle multiple tasks

 

Project Coordinator

  • Assists Project Manager to handle a wide range of responsibilities to coordinate sign installations nationwide
  • Interacts with customers and subcontractors on a daily basis
  • Must have excellent communication/phone skills
  • Moderate skill level in MS Word and Excel required
  • Fast-paced environment requires being detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks as they arise
  • Rapid advancement potential commensurate with demonstrated capabilities

 

Accounting Manager

  • Month-end closing functions in a multi-facility setting
  • Preparing and distributing financial reports to senior management
  • Month-end account analysis and reconciliations as required
  • Oversee invoicing and payables functions for multiple locations
  • Develop and implement internal controls as required
  • Develop and implement standard operating policies and procedures as required

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Cost Accounting an/or Procurement experience helpful
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Internet, & MRP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to work with all levels of the organization
  • Supervisory experience helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

 

Production Manager

  • Coordinating material and labor to ensure on-time delivery and superior product quality in a safe working environment
  • Consistently recognizing and managing multiple priorities
  • Maintaining employee productivity, cooperation, and teamwork, while striving to improve equipment, methods, and processes

     

Scheduling Manager

  • Responsible for start-up of a new MRP system as it pertains to production and inventory control, capacity planning, and scheduling
  • Must have hands-on experience in all items previously listed. Others need not apply.
  • Skill sets should include proficiency in spreadsheets, database software (Access, MS Office, Excel) and analytical ability
  • Team player comfortable working throughout organization

 

CAD Operator

  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD R2006
  • Must be familiar with BOM's and Adobe Illustrator CS2
  • Customer service experience helpful
  • Experience with Pro E and Corel a plus

 

Woodworker

  • Basic carpentry and hand tool skills
  • Ability to read a ruler, basic math and blueprint skills
  • Experience with woodworking equipment helpful
  • Experience with cabinet building, solid surface, wood and laminates helpful
  • Self-motivated, safe, responsible team player

 

Assembler

  • Basic assembly and hand tool skills
  • Ability to read a ruler, basic math and blueprints skills
  • Flexible to work in multiple areas as assigned
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Self-motivated, safe, responsible team player

 

Maintenance Worker

  • Proficiency to troubleshoot and repair electronic controls and CNC equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair and install construction electrical equipment
  • HVAC or other facility maintenance skills helpful
  • Good basic skills in wide variety of mechanical areas

 

Warehouse Worker

  • Experience with computer material systems
  • Experience with forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Detail oriented and accurate with paperwork
  • Shipping / Receiving experience required

 

Painter

  • Experience with paint sprayers or automotive-type paint finishes
  • Proven ability to mix paint using computerized mixing system
  • Emphasis on quality and detail

 

CNC Machine Operator

  • Must have experience in machine operation
  • CNC routers, stamping, CNC break forming, roll forming helpful

 

Welder

  • Must have experience in steel welding and fabrication
  • Experience in aluminum welding a plus
  • Experience in safe operation of overhead cranes
  • Welding certification preferred but not required
